Our contracts with insurance companies have varying levels of reimbursement for visits. In some cases, these may be higher than FOLX’s cash prices.
If you have not met your deductible for the year, you will be responsible for the full amount that the insurance company would reimburse us for, which may be higher than our self pay rates. If you have met your deductible for the year, you will only be responsible for the copay or cost share amount.
