Advance Cancellation (More than 24 hours before appointment): You are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee ranging from $3 to $6, depending on the cost of the appointment. This refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Late Cancellation or Rescheduling (Less than 24 hours before appointment): A cancellation fee will be applied, which is $35 for 15-minute appointments and $65 for 30 to 55-minute appointments. Your appointment cost, minus this cancellation fee, will be refunded. For patients using insurance, we will issue a full refund of your copay or deposit, and the cancellation fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
Late to Appointment or No Show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancelation, or joining more than 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment or more than 10 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, will result in a cancelation fee equivalent to that of a late cancelation.
One other important note: You must physically be in the state where you booked your telehealth appointment at the time of your telehealth visit. If you are not in the state your appointment was booked for at the time of your visit, we may have to charge you for your visit without being able to provide services.
Please note: Florida in-person appointments can be canceled at any time without a fee. However, we ask that if you cannot make your in-person appointment you cancel so that another member can take your spot.
If, for some reason, your appointment needs to be canceled by FOLX you will receive a full refund.
You can cancel your appointment by:
- Logging into your FOLX account
- Clicking on the Appointments tab
Finding the appointment you’d like to cancel and clicking “Reschedule / Cancel”
Your appointment will be canceled and your refund will reach your account within 5-10 business days.
