Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly ongoing therapy appointments are only guaranteed for members who reserve a regular time slot. To reserve an ongoing appointment slot, your therapist will work with you to determine a frequency and time slot that works.
- Your therapist may be able to accommodate a schedule change for you on a week-to-week basis.
- Reserving an ongoing appointment slot in advance is the only way FOLX can guarantee you will be accommodated in your therapist's weekly schedule.
- Unless otherwise discussed with your therapist, your ongoing appointments slot will be released if you cancel or do not attend 3 consecutive scheduled visits.
- You will be charged for your visit one hour after it is completed.
