What is FOLX's appointment cancellation policy?

Advance Cancellation (More than 24 hours before appointment): You are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee ranging from $3 to $6, depending on the cost of the appointment. This refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Late Cancellation or Rescheduling (Less than 24 hours before appointment): A cancellation fee will be applied, which is $35 for 15-minute appointments and $65 for 30 to 45-minute appointments. Your appointment cost, minus this cancellation fee, will be refunded. For patients using insurance, we will issue a full refund of your copay or deposit, and the cancellation fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

Late to Appointment or No Show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancelation, or joining more than 8 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment or more than 15 minutes late for a 30-minute appointmentwill result in a cancelation fee equivalent to that of a late cancelation.

Please note - Florida in-person appointments can be canceled at any time without a fee. However, we ask that if you cannot make your in-person appointment you cancel so that another member can take your spot. 

If, for some reason, your appointment needs to be canceled by FOLX you will receive a full refund.

 

You can cancel your appointment by:

  1. Logging into your FOLX account
  2. Clicking on the Appointments tab
  3. Finding the appointment you’d like to cancel and clicking “Reschedule / Cancel”

Your appointment will be canceled and your refund will reach your account within 5-10 business days.
