If you are an active member and would like to schedule a visit with your FOLX clinician:
- Log in to your FOLX account
- Click “Book an appointment”
- Select the topic you’d like to discuss with your clinician
- Make sure to select your clinician on the appointment booking page
- Pay for your appointment to reserve your time slot.
If you are not currently an active member, sign up or reactivate your membership and then you can book an appointment with a FOLX clinician of your choice! Sign up for a membership at folxhealth.com or follow these steps to reactivate your membership.
