If you are an active member and would like to schedule a visit with your FOLX clinician:
- Log in to your FOLX account
- Click “Book a visit”
- Select the topic you’d like to discuss
- Follow the prompts and review the appointment information. If you have a primary provider, they'll be listed here.
- Select the clinician you'd like to meet with to view their availability or click "No preference" to view the availability of all clinicians.
- Select the day and time that works for you
- Continue to checkout and pay for your appointment to reserve your time slot
If you are not currently an active member, sign up or reactivate your membership and then you can book an appointment with a FOLX clinician of your choice! Sign up for a membership at folxhealth.com or follow these steps to reactivate your membership.
