Once you get your labs done, the results will automatically be sent to FOLX for your clinician to review. They will then post the results to the patient portal in Athena for you to see. This process can take 5-7 days so if you do not receive your results immediately, this is not necessarily a cause for concern.
If you continue to get emails from us regarding your blood work for more than a week after you go to the lab, please check whether your lab has a patient portal that you can access to download your results. You can download them and send them to us for your clinical team to review.
Please note: your results must have your legal name and date of birth listed on them to be accepted.
