On July 1, 2026, FOLX membership pricing changed.
Monthly membership is now $43.99/month, a $4/month increase, and yearly membership is $349/year. The updated pricing takes effect on membership payments on or after July 1.
Why is membership pricing changing?
This is our first price adjustment since we launched the current membership model — and we want to be straightforward about why. The cost of delivering care has gone up, and this adjustment helps us keep building the kind of healthcare LGBTQIA+ people actually deserve.
Will there be any changes to what’s included in my membership?
No, your membership still includes everything it did before:
- Access to the FOLX platform, where you can manage your care online
- LGBTQIA+ specialized clinicians available within days
- Messaging with your clinical care team and Member Navigators anytime
- Automated visit, lab, and refill reminders
- The FOLX Community Platform, with support groups, events, and resources
- Support finding affirming in-person and specialty care when needed
- Exclusive discounts from FOLX partners
Is pricing changing for FOLX services?
No, your visit, medication, and lab costs are not impacted by this change.
If I already paid for a yearly membership, will I need to pay an additional fee for the current billing cycle?
No, the pricing change will take effect on your first membership payment after July 1. You will not owe any additional membership fee for your previously paid billing cycle.
What if my employer, insurance company, or grant covers my membership fee?
Your membership fee will continue to be covered for the previously designated timeframe. You do not need to take any action.
