My account says I'm Past Due. How can I pay my outstanding invoices?

If your account says you're Past Due, this means you have one or more outstanding membership, lab, or appointment invoices. To bring your account up-to-date:

  1. Login to your FOLX account.
  2. On the Home page, you'll see your total Amount Due* at the top with outstanding invoices in the Invoices to Pay section below. Click on your overdue invoice
  3. The Bill Summary page for that invoice will open, click Pay Now and follow the prompts to complete payment.
  4. Repeat the above steps for any remaining bills in the Invoices to Pay section. Once you pay all outstanding bills, your FOLX Membership will be marked as "Active."

*The Amount Due balance is inclusive of any outstanding membership, lab, and appointment invoices. Note that if you pay for appointments using insurance, any remaining balance after insurance has been applied will appear in your Athena patient portal and is not included in this total.
