We're not able to accept prepaid cards, gift cards, or other stored-value cards for membership enrollment.
Here's why: your FOLX membership is billed automatically each month (or year, if you choose an annual plan), and prepaid and stored-value cards often don't support automatic recurring payments. If a card can't process your membership renewal, it could disrupt your access to your care team, messaging, and other membership features.
To make sure your care stays uninterrupted, we ask that you use a credit card or a debit card linked to a bank account when signing up for your membership. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
