How do I update my payment information?

Update the payment method in your FOLX account

This will be used for your membership, visit copays, medication and/or lab fees, if applicable.   

  1. Login to your FOLX Account
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Under the Payment details section, click Update payment method
  4. Update your information and click Save

Update the payment method in your Athena patient portal

This can be used to complete payment for visit billing statements you receive after your insurance claim has been processed. 

  1. Login to your Athena patient portal
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. From here you can:
    1. Click Add a Credit Card to save a new card for future payments.
    2. Click Make Default to set a saved card as your default payment method.
    3. Click the Delete link to remove a saved card from the portal.
