You can cancel whenever you like from your FOLX account by:
- Logging in to your account
- Navigating to the “Billing & Insurance” tab
- Clicking “Cancel Membership” under the FOLX membership section.
You may also send a message requesting cancelation to our Member Navigation team but we do need at least seventy-two (72) hours notice before your monthly billing date to ensure we see your request in time.
Your membership will be canceled and you will not be billed on your next billing date, but please note that you will not be refunded for any membership fees already paid.
You will have access to your account and membership features until the end of your billing period (ex. if you normally pay your membership fee on the 15th of the month, you would have access through the 14th).
If you have any appointments that are scheduled to occur after your membership has been canceled, we will ask you to cancel those before canceling your membership. As long as you are outside of the cancellation window for appointments, you will be refunded the cost of the appointment.
If you'd like to return to FOLX after canceling, you can do so from your FOLX account by:
- Signing in to your account
- Navigating to the “Billing & Insurance” tab
- Clicking “Reactivate Membership” under the FOLX membership section.
Once your account is reactivated, please reach out to your clinician via the Message Center. Your care team will let you know if they have any questions for you in order to get you restarted.
