I live internationally. Can I use FOLX's services?

  • Updated

FOLX is unable to provide care and services outside of the United States, unless you are an active-duty military service member stationed on an international military base. We are also unable to offer resources and referrals outside of the U.S.

If you are a current FOLX member who is planning a move abroad, there are a few things we can do to make your move a little easier:

  1. Your clinician can schedule a last refill with FOLX before you move - you can reach out to them in the Message Center a few weeks before your moving date so they can get started on your refill with plenty of time.
  2. We can provide a letter signed by your clinician that outlines your current care plan for you to share with your next clinician. Make sure you put in the request at least 2 weeks before you move!
  3. We can provide a travel note for you to bring on a plane for your medication and supplies. Again, make sure you request this note at least 2 weeks before you move.
