There are four States that require telemedicine providers to post licensure/identifying information about their providers publicly. The four states which require this per telehealth laws are California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code ยง 680.5(e).; Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine Policy 15-05 (2015) (p.7); R.I. Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline Telemedicine Guidelines.; Vt. Board of Medical Practice Policy on Telemedicine.).
