Arkansas
- Heather Sheppard, APRN, holds Arkansas full independent practice authority as a certified nurse practitioner. She has been approved for full independent practice by the Arkansas Full Independent Practice Credentialing Committee and is not required to maintain a collaborative practice agreement with a physician.
