FOLX monthly membership is $39.99/month. To save money, you can prepay your membership fee for the year for $299. This comes out to just under $25/month – about a 40% savings!
Like the monthly membership fee, your yearly membership fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your membership during the yearly billing cycle, you will not receive a refund. You will retain access to your account until the end of your billing cycle.
Switch from Monthly to Yearly Membership
- Login to your FOLX account
- Go to the Billing & Insurance page
- Click the Switch to a yearly membership link in the FOLX membership tile
- Review the update and click Switch to yearly membership to confirm the change
Switch from Yearly to Monthly Membership
Once your account has been switched to a yearly membership, you will not be able to switch back to monthly membership payments until the end of your yearly billing cycle. Six (6) weeks prior to the end of your billing cycle, the option to move to monthly membership will appear. You can follow the steps below to make this change, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Login to your FOLX account
- Go to the Billing & Insurance page
- Click the Switch to a monthly membership link in the FOLX membership tile
- Review the update and click Switch to monthly membership to confirm the change
