You may cancel your appointment with your FOLX clinician up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund, minus a processing fee (processing fee = 2.9% of the cost of the appointment + $0.30).
If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, you will not receive a refund.
If, for some reason, your appointment needs to be canceled by FOLX you will receive a refund.
You can cancel your appointment by:
- Logging into your FOLX account
- Clicking on the Appointments tab

Finding the appointment you’d like to cancel and clicking “Reschedule / Cancel”
Your appointment will be canceled and your refund will reach your account within 5-10 business days.
