Why is Capsule asking for my birth sex/legal sex?

  • Updated February 13, 2023 18:04

Capsule needs to collect the sex that is listed with your insurance carrier. Sending a prescription to your insurance that does not match the demographic information on your insurance (name, DOB, sex) may cause delays in the processing of your medications.
