Yes! There are a few ways FOLX can support our members with fertility and family building.
- Book a visit with one of our clinicians and receive individualized counseling related to fertility tracking, how to improve chances of conception, etc. During these visits, clinicians may also identify in person needs that a patient might have (lab work, ultrasound, IVF procedure, etc.) and will initiate a referral through our navigation team).
- Take advantage of our partnership with Legacy - an at-home fertility clinic for people with sperm. All active FOLX members receive a 20% discount. To access this discount, please submit a request in the Message Center.
- Review The Library for articles on a variety of topics related to fertility and family building.
