Yes, we require a physical photo ID to verify who you are via photo and to verify you are over 18 (or 19 in some states). We do NOT need to verify your address through your photo ID.
Currently, FOLX Health does not accept digital IDs. Acceptable forms of ID include state-issued driver’s licenses, state-issued identification cards, passports, and other government-issued IDs that include a photo and date of birth.
We're closely monitoring advancements in digital ID technology and state regulations. While we're excited about the potential for increased convenience and accessibility, we'll only transition to accepting digital IDs when we can guarantee the security and privacy of our members' information.
Please note your ID should not be expired.
To add your up to date ID to your account:
- Sign into your FOLX Account
- Click the down arrow next to your name on the upper right hand side
- Select Profile Settings > Government ID > Edit to upload
