Because testosterone is considered a controlled substance (schedule II or III depending on state), by law it requires your legal name on the medication and shipping labels.
For all other medications we prescribe, you can choose exactly how you want the name to appear on the shipping label. To view your shipping name, go to the Billing & Insurance page in your FOLX account. If you'd like to make a change, please send us a message.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order is sent to or held at a FedEx pickup location, you will need the name on your shipping label to match your ID.
