I changed my phone number and can’t get into my FOLX account

If you still have access to the phone number you used to opt in to SMS 2FA (text message account authentication), log in to the Message Center and submit a request under: My Account → I have a new phone number.

If you no longer have access to the phone number you used to opt in to SMS 2FA (text message account authentication) and cannot access your account, submit a request under: My Account → I need help logging in. → I have a new phone number, so I’m not receiving the text code to log in.

You will be prompted to provide the following information, so we can confirm your identity:

  • Old phone number
  • New phone number
  • Legal name
  • DOB
  • Address
  • Photo of ID

Note: the information you provide needs to match what we have on file at FOLX

After we’re able to confirm your identity, we will update your phone number and send you an email letting you know that you can log in to your FOLX account using your new phone number for 2FA.
