Starting in April 2025, we are rolling out 2FA for all FOLX member accounts as an extra layer of protection to safeguard sensitive data and information. 2FA improves member account security by making it harder for unauthorized users to access your account.
When you are required to opt in to 2FA:
- You will be prompted to enter and verify your phone number with a 6 digit code sent via SMS (text message) the next time you log in to your FOLX account.
- From then on, you will be asked to confirm your log in via SMS code every time you access your account.
- Please note: only North American phone numbers (those start with 1+) are accepted at this time. FOLX can only provide services to individuals currently living in the United States, or to active-duty military service members stationed on international military bases.
