What do I do if I don’t have access to my original FOLX email address?

If you no longer have access to the email you used when you first signed up for FOLX, we can help. Since your email functions as your username, you will still be able to login to the FOLX Message Center to send and view messages.

To update your email address, please login with your current email and contact us by clicking “Send a Message” in the upper right hand corner of the FOLX Message Center. Please provide the new email address you'd like to use in your request. Our Member Navigation team will assist!
