If you still remember your FOLX password:
- You can log into your FOLX account with your current credentials (email and password), even if you can't access the associated email inbox. Please log in, then reach out to us via the Message Center with your new email address (Send a Message --> My account --> I have a new email address). We'll get that updated for you!
If you cannot remember your FOLX password:
- We'll need to verify that you're the owner of your FOLX account before we can update your email address for you. Please reach out to us via the Message Center and complete all of the required fields (Send a Message --> My Account --> I Need Help Logging in).
- We will follow up with you via email to confirm when you are able to log in using your new email address.
