How do I update my shipping address?

If you are shipping to a new state, submit a request in the Message Center to update your address. 

If you are shipping within the same state, follow the steps below to update your address:

1. Sign into your Folx account
2. Click on the Billing button. 
3. In the Shipping Address section, click Edit
4. Enter your updated shipping information. Be sure to include your Apt/Suite number if you have one!
5. Click Save

Important Notes

1. Our pharmacy is unable to send testosterone to P.O. boxes or generic campus mailroom boxes.
2. For testosterone orders, please review Do I Have to Sign for my Package? to understand package signature requirements.
3. We can ship to FedEx pickup locations. Please note you'll need to present your ID, and the name on your ID must match the name on your package.
4. Please do not update your address in the Athena Patient Portal. This information will not be shared with the pharmacy. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees if your package needs to be re-shipped.
