If you are shipping to a new state, submit a request in the Help Center to update your address.
If you are shipping within the same state, follow the steps below to update your address:
- Sign into your Folx account
- Click on the Billing button.
- In the Shipping Address section, click Edit
- Enter your updated shipping information. Be sure to include your Apt/Suite number if you have one!
- Click Save
- Our pharmacy is unable to send Testosterone to P.O. boxes.
- Please do not update your address in the Athena Patient Portal. This information will not be shared with the pharmacy. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees if your package needs to be re-shipped.
