Follow the steps below to modify your email, phone, and text (SMS) notifications for the Athena patient portal. Please note that this does not modify the communication you receive outside of Athena.
- Login to your Athena patient portal account
- Click on the dropdown next to your name at the top right of the screen, select Notification Settings
- Indicate your contact preferences for different types of notifications
- Click the Save button
Note: Portal users cannot deactivate email notifications, as at least one method of communication is required.
