As of September 30, 2024, you can message your clinical team, as well as FOLX Member Navigators in the Message Center (formerly the “Help Center”). Previously, FOLX members messaged their clinician in the Athena patient portal, and got support from our Member Navigators in the Message Center.
With this update, all FOLX direct communications and FAQ articles are streamlined in the Message Center. Members (and prospective members) can send us a message about anything – from referrals, medications and labs, to billing and account management – and we’ll route your message to the team who can best answer your questions.
