I'm having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your FOLX Account or Athena Patient Portal, please follow the guidance below to get signed in successfully.

FOLX Account

To view responses to your Help Center requests, you’ll need to be logged into your FOLX account. You can log in here and view your open requests here.

I can't remember by password

  • Reset your password here
  • As part of the password reset flow, you’ll receive an email with a code to complete the process. 

I can't find the code to reset my password

  • As a first step, please check your spam and junk folders for the email
  • Often, if you’re not receiving a confirmation code, you are already logged in under another account
  • Please log out with this link first
  • Then follow the reset password steps above

I'm getting a 404 error when I try to open messages 

This usually means you’re already logged into a FOLX account, but under a different email address.

I'm running into a totally blank page when trying to log in

Athena Patient Portal

To view messages from your care team, you’ll need to be logged into your Athena patient portal. You can log in here.

I recently updated my email address in Athena and now I can’t log in

Most Athena login troubles are the result of updating your email address in Athena without updating your FOLX account email address. Since our Member Operations team will need to assist you with updating your FOLX account email address, please allow us to assist you with Athena as well.

  • Be sure you’re logged into your FOLX Health account - to protect our members’ privacy, we can only discuss account changes with the email address we currently have on file for you
  • Submit a Help Center request here, letting us know what email address you’d like to use with your FOLX Health account and the Athena Patient Portal moving forward; our Member Operations team will update both email addresses for you
  • You’ll receive a new registration link for the Athena Patient Portal; this will link your new email address to your existing account, so you can log in smoothly moving forward!

I'm having trouble logging into Athena and I haven't recently changed my email OR I'm having trouble updating my password in Athena because I'm not receiving a code to my phone number

  • Submit a Help Center request for our Member Operations team; we can help ensure your Athena account is properly registered
  • If you’re trying to receive a login code, and you think the number on your Athena account may be the wrong one, please let us know what the correct phone number is and we’ll get that updated for you!
