Start by logging into the FOLX Help Center using the email address associated with your FOLX account. From there, submit a support ticket with your request, including the email address you’d like to update to.
We are only able to discuss information related to your subscription if you reach out from the email address associated with your FOLX account. Once we make a change to your email, the new email address is what you will use to login to the FOLX Member Portal, FOLX Help Center, and Athena patient portal going forward.
