FOLX monthly membership is $39.99/month.

To save money, you can prepay your membership fee for the year for $299 (which comes out to just under $25/month – about a 40% savings!)

If you’d like to switch to an annual membership, please submit a request and a Member Navigator will update your membership for you. If your next billing date is less than 3 business days away from when you submit your request, it's likely this change will take effect the following month.

Once your account has been switched to annual membership, you will not be able to switch back to monthly membership for a full year (after the one-year mark).

Like the monthly membership fee, your annual membership fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your membership during the annual billing cycle, you will not receive a refund. You will retain access to your account until the end of the billing cycle.

Note that FOLX membership does not cover visits, medication, labs. These services are an additional cost, on top of your annual or monthly membership.
