We’d love to have you return to FOLX for care! You can reactivate your membership by going to folxhealth.com and:
- Signing in to your account
- Navigating to the “Billing” tab
- Clicking “Reactivate Membership” under the FOLX membership section.
Once your account is reactivated, Member Support will also notify your clinician. Your care team will reach out with any questions they have in order to get you restarted.
