No, the FOLX membership price does not include the cost of prescriptions, appointments with clinicians, or lab work. If you have insurance, FOLX can send your medication to the pharmacy of your choice where you can use your insurance to pay. 

If you do not have insurance or want to pay out of pocket for your medications, you can use GoodRX to compare medication prices and select a pharmacy where you’d like to purchase. 

We also work with a partner pharmacy to supply most gender affirming hormone medications medications through cash pay rates. This allows us to ship directly to members’ doors with medication and other necessary supplies (like injection supplies), ensure that medications are in stock, and provide a private and seamless experience for our GAHT members.

FOLX is happy to provide an itemized receipt (sometimes called a “superbill”) so you can submit a claim to your insurance.
