On the day of your appointment, please:

• Arrive 10-15 minute early so you have time to check in, and so we can start your appointment on time.
• Bring a photo ID (There will be no issues if your ID has a different name and/or gender marker from your affirming identity, and if the photo doesn't look exactly like you.) 
• For location-specific day-of information, check your welcome email from FOLX (subject line: Welcome to FOLX! 🎉)
