What’s the difference between the New and Maintenance memberships?

A New Start/Restart plan allows us to stay a little closer to you as you establish or reestablish care. You qualify for a New/Restart plan if:

  • You are just starting HRT, or
  • You have been on HRT for less than one year, or
  • You are returning to HRT after a 6+ month lapse in care

A Maintenance plan offers consistency, reliability, and ease. You qualify for a Maintenance plan if:

  • You have been on HRT for 1+ year(s)


Once you’ve hit your one-year mark with FOLX, we’ll go ahead and switch you to a Maintenance plan! If you’ve been on HRT for a full year, with us and/or another provider, and haven’t seen the switch in your monthly bill please submit a support ticket for assistance.
