If you’d like us to ship your medication to a different address:

• If the address is in the same state in which you reside, you can update your shipping address in the member portal here: app.folxhealth.com/app/account/billing
• If the address is not within the same state,submit a support ticket with the address you’d like us to ship your meds to. 
• Additionally, you can opt to ship your prescriptions directly to a specific FedEx pickup location. To choose this option, add the address of your preferred FedEx location as your shipping address during the signup. To find a FedEx pickup location near you, visit theFedEx website.

Note that because testosterone is considered a controlled substance (schedule II or III depending on state), by law it requires a signature upon receipt.
