FOLX sends HRT prescriptions in three month supplies. We bill monthly so we can split the cost of medication and care into monthly payments. While we can't pause an account, we can cancel your membership after you’ve paid three months worth of charges for any order you’ve received (before your next refill).
To cancel, submit a support ticket.
If you'd like to return to FOLX after canceling, submit a support ticket when you're ready and we'll reactivate your account. Once your account is reactivated, Member Support will also notify your clinician. Your care team will reach out with any questions they have in order to get you restarted.
