We prescribe our members 3-months of medication up front and bill monthly to spread out the cost. The monthly charge covers the cost of your medication, labs(*), and unlimited access to your clinician. The date you sign-up becomes your billing date and your card on file will be charged that same date each month moving forward. Members are responsible for completing three monthly payments prior to canceling or initiating their next refill cycle.

You may cancel a subscription up to forty-eight (48) hours before the applicable monthly processing date of your subscription by submitting a support ticket.
