- Your medications may look different.
- Our new Folx Delivery pharmacy partner works with different medication manufacturers than our previous partners which could mean your medication may look different. Your medications will still be clinically identical, unless otherwise noted by your clinician, meaning they’ll work the same as before. If you have any questions, however, please reach out to FOLX Support or your clinician directly.
- Your orders should take less time to process and ship than before.
- Once your clinician submits your order, it will take 1-2 days to process with the pharmacy and you will receive an email with your tracking information in that time. With our new pharmacy, all orders will be sent with FedEx 2 day shipping - which means you should see an improvement on shipping times!
- A signature will be required upon delivery.
- Controlled substance deliveries will continue to require a signature from FedEx at the time of delivery. (You will not be required to sign for packages from FedEx or USPS for non-controlled medications.)
- Your legal name is required to be on your package.
- Because your medication is considered a controlled substance, the shipping label on your outer box is required to be the legal name on your government-issued ID. We understand that for some people this is not ideal, or could even create a safety issue for you at home.
- If you would like to pick up your box at a FedEx location, you can adjust that directly in your FedEx shipment tracking link, using the instructions below.

- Want more control over when you get your package? You can have it held at a FedEx pickup location and pick it up when it’s convenient for you.
- Go to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html
- Enter your tracking number or reference number.
- Select Manage Delivery, then Hold at Location.
- Click Continue to acknowledge that requesting that your package be held for pickup may change your delivery date. You also have the option to cancel the request by selecting Nevermind.
- From the options provided, choose the location where you want your package to be sent.
- Provide your contact info—phone number and/or email—so we can notify you when the package is ready to be picked up.
- Review your location selection and recipient contact info and click Submit.
- Confirm your request for Hold at Location and click Done.

- When your order arrives, you may notice some design updates to the packaging your medication is delivered in. These changes are part of a larger effort to increase speed and accuracy of our medication delivery while also reducing our carbon footprint via more streamlined packaging.
