For all other medications we prescribe, you can choose exactly how you want the name to appear on the shipping label as you checkout, by updating your shipping address in the member portal here: app.folxhealth.com/app/account/billing. However, if your order is sent to or held at a FedEx pickup location, you will need the name on your shipping label to match your ID.
