If you are using Quest lab, you do not need to print your lab orders. Quest can locate your lab orders on the spot by showing your ID. If you would like a copy of your Quest lab orders to bring to your appointment, please contact Member Support through the FOLX Help Center.
If you are using a local or non-Quest lab, you may want to print your lab orders. You can access your lab orders in your Athena patient portal.
- Log in to your Athena Portal
- Go to "My Health"
- Go to "Health Reminders"
Your labs should be accessible there; however you may need to click the "print" button to pull them up completely. If you are accessing the patient portal from a mobile device, please be sure to click "full version of site" at the bottom of the screen.
